Camcorder models?

I am looking for the following options in buying a Video Camera: Good video, good battery, format miniDV, easy and transferibility editing function to the PC, so good night and good capture feature well. My budget is around $ 300 – $ 400. Can anyone recommend a good model? I have looked on the Sony DCR HC37E, DCR 27E, Samsung VP 371W VP D371, JVC GR-PA20EZ, Panasonic NVG230. It will be helpful if someone I can suggest a good model that fits my criteria?

No consumer camcorder comes with a good battery "in the box – as expected from a high capacity rechargeable battery. MiniDV provides the best video quality available, so glad to see that you are there. All transfer miniDV video cams using Firewire (IEEE1394, i.Link – so your team will need a FireWire 400 port). Sony has built-in infrared emitters – almost any camcorder can see no external IR light emitters. No consumer camcorder has built-in microphones to offer "good sound capture." An external microphone hack – better yet, that in addition to manual audio control on the camcorder is highly recommended. If this is all we have to choose (and I hope that the Sonys are the property of Sony Active Interface Shoe) I would suggest the Sonys – plus an adapter for active interface shoe that let you connect an external microphone with a 1 / 8 "jack. I know that is not in the U.S., but think * they were originally made for European market … http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/479976-REG/Sony_VMCK100_VMC_K100_Microphone_Adapter.html
