Will my Casio Digital Camera broken?

A boy fell into a pitcher of sangria at a restaurant … I grabbed her quickly and it was only halfway for about 5 seconds. And then I turned it on and was working well. Probably had 10 or 15 photos that night so I figured it was okay. Me forgot about it and went to bed and left it in the case. The next morning I awoke to see my pictures and will not start. I charged the battery and when I put it to light the workings of the camera is turned on, but orange and then fades to green light and nothing happens … the screen turns on and the lens does not move or anything …. Can anyone tell me if my camera is garbage or do I just need a new battery or something?
