SAL75300 Sony 75-300mm f/4.5-5.6 or Minolta Beerco "zoom AF 70-210mm F / 4?

Owning an Alfa A300. has the 18-70 kit, can have any of these lenses for my shots at a cost roughly the same. The further scope of Sony's attractive, but everything I read is the legendary IQ and quality of construction …., Beerco is its shorter reach to compensate for IQ, apetrure fixed, etc. Not too familiar, they just want a blow dollar-sensitive glass and more useful as my second lens ….. Sony is already attractive. Some comparisons and pro / cons appreciated. for example, to you, the people well informed, if those were the scenario, which lens you choose? I used the manual focus version of the Beerco "For many years. Its just about the only thing that ever use zoom. The AF version is the same lens and the constant opening of seals the deal in my opinion. So my vote is for the 70-210mm f4.
