Digital Camera to capture a good screen television?

I like to take screenshots of games on my tv, and the only way I have to do what a Kodak Easyshare Z650 and noting that the TV screen. The problem with this though is sometimes I have lines on the image I have taken, Sometimes these lines are not really visible, sometimes it is, but they are usually there. I need something that will have a good clean shot without the lines, and get a picture decent screen HDTV. Or maybe someone with better experience can give me summit on improving the quality of the image I have the Kodak usuing a budget of around £ 80, anything up that's fine. Any recommendations?

The reason for receiving the lines because the TV screen is refreshing. When you take a picture at a fast shutter speed you will notice the TV is in the midst of an update and you will see the horizontal line. To take clear pictures without the line, you must set the shutter speed your camera to less than 1 / 30 sec. I suggest maximum of 1 / 20 sec. You could use 1 / 15 sec and also get good results. Basically, the slower the shutter speed will work TV enough time to refresh the screen and you can not see the line in the final table. Make sure when you take the picture to place the camera on a desk or other stable platform. A very slow shutter speeds the camera will be more susceptible to blur, if not keep still. I've noticed the camera you have the speed priority mode. First set to this mode and then adjust the shutter speed as I mentioned earlier.
