Flash and Nikon lens for D3000?

Hello, I have a Nikon D3000 and is excellent. I'm trying to improve and plan to buy a flash and a lens. However, these are my options: Metz 48 AF-1 or Nikon SB-600? Tamron 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di LD Macro AF Pentax AF 1:02 Mount or Nikon 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED IF AF-S DX VR Zoom Nikkor Lens or Sigma 70-300mm Powered f/4-5.6 DG APO Macro for Nikon telephoto zoom? Please send your recommendations. I like the RV, but also as the Zoom. I am open to suggestions

The Metz flash unit is better than the SB-600, with more power and features. It is also cheaper. Metz has been doing flash for a long time, and a household name, not a generic "or brand outside the company. The lenses … I personally would take the Sigma, but you may wish to have stabilized 55-200. Although it sounds like a lot, the difference between 200 and 300 mm is not all that great. The VR Nikon lens may be more useful to you than the extra 100mm on the Sigma.
