Polarizing Filter Canon

Polarizing Filter Canon
Suggestions needed for photo filter?

I'm thinking about buying a polarizer and UV filter for my 58mm Canon lens. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I usually go by performance / price ratio and not only taking into account the performance or price.

UV protector. digital sensor is not sensitive to UV light (at least not as much as the movie). This means that UV filter only physically protect the lens from dust, scratches, etc. So, you could use ANY filter protector. If you like watching hot photos, you can use the warming filter, etc, etc, etc polarizer. From your question implies that you have Slr Digital. For Slr Cameras would be best to use circular polarizing (rather than linear) to provide accurate automatic exposure metering. There are many filter manufacturers. Prices can vary. I do not think you need more expensive unless you have a Canon "L" lenses. I have Tiffen for the number of years (from age pre-digital), and it works for me. www.adorama.com has a good selection and convenient interface for selecting filters.
