How do I install PS2 w / old TV that has the new digital service (FIOS)?

Television has date – which has only one output back, and, obviously, is to be used by the digital box for Verizon FIOS. The PS2 has a cable w / three points at the end – red, yellow and white. The FIOS box has lots of holes, red, yellow and white. I do not know what will the PS2 plug hole. If you have Verizon FiOS TV and know how to connect a PS2 with the materials before above, please detail how, including what is necessary to press the remote control to switch to video games.

Do not connect your PS2 to the FIOS box. That will not work. What you need to do is go buy a switch box that can output RF video. These are sold in any store that sells TV accessories. They tend to be announced as "Connect the DVD player to any TV!" sort of thing. In any case, the switch has an RF input, RF output, and 3 or 4 additional entries for devices that use the standard AV cable (yellow, white and red) At home, you disconnect the FIOS box and connect to the TV RF input port in the switch. Now take a separate RF cable (usually includes, or simply buy a cheap tent) from the switch port RF output to the TV. Even should be able to watch TV as usual with this configuration. Now connect the PS2 to one of the entries in the switch. Say, # 1. Turn on the PS2, and hit # 1 power button and you should see the PS2 on your TV. Press the RF, and you should see the channel on your FIOS box. In this way, you can connect other devices in the future with only connect to the switch. This includes things like a DVD player, or even if I wanted FIOS box. Then simply press the right button on the switch for that device.
