Simple repairs Air conditioning can do it yourself

If you own an air conditioner, then it is safe to say that at some point in the future will have to repair the air conditioning. The fan is connected to some and do not want to pull the wires loose. After cleaning, you can hose the fins, but the protection of the engine with some kind of waterproof cover. If you think lubricating the engine needs, now is the time to do so. Now put the unit back together. This is the easy part of air conditioning repairs.

To test repair of air conditioning, turn the power back on and let your unit run for a few minutes. Place your hand on the pipes that connect to the condensing unit. A water pipe should feel warm and the other must be cold. If still not working, then you probably need to recharge the refrigerant and this will require a professional.

If your air conditioner is turned on automatically, there are steps you can take to verify this. First, make sure the thermostat is configured to cool and below room temperature. You should also check to see if a fuse blows or the problem may be a tripped circuit breaker in your breaker box principal. Make sure the furnace power switch is on and the switch on the outside condenser unit. You can also check for ensure that the 240-volt disconnect, which is next to the outside of the compressor has not turned off. Here are some steps to help with repairs air conditioning.
